In the morning brush your teeth before breakfast and on an empty stomach, put a tablespoon of sesame or coconut oil into mouth but do not swallow. For 10-20 minutes, swish and pull through teeth. It can be done while meditating, watching TV or just doing housework. After at least 10 minutes, spit into garbage can and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.Best results from continued pulling.
